It seemed improper not to, though, on the outset of a diet, so I performed that formality on Sunday (on Day Two). I weighed in at a hefty 238\u00bd, which, considering my last official weigh-in, on January 1 2002, was 235 pounds, is not all that bad. Five and a half pounds gained in two years.<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; Anyway, after two days of strict adherence to the South Park diet, I weighed myself again yesterday morning\u2026and I lost three pounds. I now weigh in at 235\u00bd. I know better than to weigh myself too frequently, but it&#8217;s nice to see such immediate results. It looks like it&#8217;s going to get tougher though. I thought the Holiday Eating Season was over, but it looks like temptation is still in my path: a company dinner is planned for this Sunday at Benihana&#8217;s, I just heard my friends want to have a night of wallyball and drinking on the 16<sup>th<\/sup>, Poker Night is being talked about on the 23<sup>rd<\/sup>, and Super Bowl Sunday follows soon after!\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp; &nbsp; I said the other day how I hadn&#8217;t weighed myself.
