I&#8217;m now able to incorporate grains and fruit in my menu. And this morning started off with a bowl of oatmeal. <i>Oh glorious joy, a bowl of oatmeal<\/i>, he blogged sarcastically. In consolation, I had a nice weigh-in this morning (pre-breakfast).
