Central Rain diet. I&#8217;ve even started cheating. That is to say, I&#8217;m sneaking an extra cheese stick on occasion, or maybe having a larger portion than I should. I have not \u201cfallen off the wagon\u201d and pigged out at some all-you-can-eat food bar\u2026yet. I really thought Phase Two would be even easier, since the menu is not as rigid as Phase One; but I seem to be craving my old favorite foods even more.  I&#8217;m so sick of tomatoes and zucchini and lettuce that I&#8217;m dying for a bag of chips just to break up the monotony! And with Super Bowl Sunday coming, I have a strong feeling that I will be giving in to temptation and reveling in self-indulgence. But then I&#8217;m already planning on going back to Phase One, so I can lose it all off again, and hopefully much more.<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; As far as I my stats go, I&#8217;m doing better than last week. I weighed myself again this morning and am just under 224 pounds, which means I&#8217;ve lost over 2\u00bd pounds since last Thursday and over 14\u00bd pounds overall.
