I have better news than my last Diet Blog entry. I weighed in at 214\u00bd, which marks a 3\u00bd pound loss since last time, and a total loss of 24 pounds.<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; I was considering modifying the South Bend menu a bit, mixing and matching the best meals from the two Phases, but now I think I might just go ahead and repeat Phase One over again (for a third time).
