At this rate, he is well on his way to being named World Biggest Baby by the Guinness Book of World Records &#8212; which I must say is a surprise to me, since I thought I worked with the world&#8217;s biggest baby. His mother, Eka, is worried about the weight gain, but doctors believe there is no cause for concern.
