Mmmm).<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; This would unite domestic law enforcement I guess. It struck me as sounding vaguely like the National Police Force that the former President Bush espoused &#8212; however that was in the movie <i>The Naked Gun<\/i>.
