    Yes, it’s been a while since I’ve actually blogged on my weblog, but I had to say something now as the news has been confirmed.  Plus, there’s the fact Facebook said this paragraph was too many characters.
    It was confirmed today (Friday) that 24<\/i> has been canceled.  Fox claims it’s too expensive to continue.  Having a website devoted to TV and movies, this is big news.  However\u2026
    I hate to say it but I’m not feeling too broken up about 24<\/i> saying bye-bye.  Love the show and Keifer is excellent, but the stories have become increasingly implausible, the dangers have become redundant, and the time-wasting subplots all too frequently spoil any momentum.  I’m content to give the series a proper send-off and just re-watch the earlier seasons.  Back when there was only one President Palmer.
    Farewell Jack Bauer.  Get yourself some rest and thanks for being such a hero.

    (P.S.<\/b>: a movie franchise sounds cool though, but they really should’ve done that back when Jack was in China and the movie could’ve covered his big-budget international escape.  Plus, since there’s a industry prejudice between film and TV divisions, I’m hearing the movie won’t even have much to do with the situations and characters from the series.  Bad idea, but typical movie studio mindlessness.<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>
