I guess having everyone queue up in an online line is no different than lining up at a Ticketmaster location, like in the old days. It would’ve been nice though if someone had told me I needed to enter Ticketmaster’s “Waiting Room” prior to today’s 10 AM presale…

Thanks to some dedicated Buffett fans who captured and uploaded the M’ville TV feed, we can confirm that, yes, we were on the big screens during the Pine Knob show!
And yeah, Mickey looks less than thrilled at hearing “Pencil Thin Mustache” again.
(Schmoe is not pictured. He was one section over, screen right.)
Summer is over, since our annual visit from Jimmy has come and gone. Presumably we’ll record a concert recap episode, but no date has been set yet. In the meantime, some of our photos are up on Flickr.

I got confused between Detroit Guitars in Birmingham and all the golfing, dining, and hoteling was in Bloomfield.
Here’s the Groupon (or Living Social?) ad Schmoe sent us. I’ve never seen him use so many f-bombs in a text before.

Our 2014 tailgating video has been edited and uploaded. It’s longer than usual but this year I had more time to walk around and catch the sights…
Update: D’oh! Stupid presets ruined the audio on the YouTube version (during the concert bits). For a while, I covered that up here with the Vimeo version, but I’ve since uploaded a revised version. That’s the one you can play above. The Vimeo version is included just for the heck of it. (The original version has been marked as Private, and will probably be deleted soon. (Sorry, Listener Mat. Your kind comment will have to go with it.)
