That’s strange. I just got en e-mail from Cary Sherman, President of the RIAA, saying my whistling of songs from Chicago in the shower this morning constituted an unlawful performance, and I will be subject to a fine. [9:48 AM]Update: Hmm…it happened again. Now the RIAA is saying that, on my way to work, I did not roll up my windows and plug my ears when I pulled up alongside a car blasting out Eminem tracks. This makes me guilty of stealing this guy’s music because I heard it without paying for it.
Personally I think they’re carrying this a little too far. [12:57 PM]
Update: Now they’ve sent me word I should stop paraphrasing their e-mails in my blog entries.
