Yes, it is too early to be discussing Christmas shopping, but that won’t keep me from dropping hints about this sweet baby: the PDSP-1 Digital Sound Projector, one single panel (comprised of 254 speakers) that actually creates directional sound by bouncing it off your walls. According to Pioneer’s write-up, “It perfectly projects up to seven separate sound beams containing surround sound information (such as Dolby Digital) to pinpoint locations in your media room.”And, it appears this magical speaker actually delivers. A review from Tech Edge gives it a 5 out of 5.
The only drawback is that the PDSP-1 costs $40,000. But that of course is why they call it a “Wish List”.
