Diet Blog: Day Thirty-Five

    I weighed in at 221½ today. That\’s 2½ pounds less than last time, with a total of 17 pounds lost. I am particularly pleased with that result since I let myself go on Super Bowl Sunday, gorging on chips and chicken wings and Michelob Ultra. Lor’ bless me, I even had a heaping plate of spaghetti!
    Another noteworthy development is that I had to switch to a shorter belt this week!
