    According to Yahoo! News, the Iraqi Governing Council (NYSE: IGC) unveiled the new flag of Iraq today. The flag features the copyright symbol at its center, commemorating how the country, under new management, is now a subsidiary of the Carlysle Group and a franchise of Haliburton’s nation building enterprise. The yellow stripe at the bottom symbolizes, according to a company spokesman, a Freedom Fry.
