An old story, but one I only just saw. Charles R Grady, SFG’s “Fathead of the Week”, has sued Frito-Lay on the grounds that Doritos damage his throat.Perhaps he should try chewing first.
The suit was originally filed back in 1995, but it made the news recently since the Pennsylvania Supreme Court issued a major setback when they declared Grady could not use purported scientific evidence to back his claim. (The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette has a nice take on this.)
And, in Diet Blog: Day Six news, I’ve lost a further pound and a half.
I want some Doritos now……
