As with most geeks out there, the news of James Kim’s disappearance November 25 struck deeper for me than most similar stories. I had seen James Kim many times, testing hardware in the TechTV lab; and I had just started watching him again, while checking out the HDTV reviews at C|Net. It is a blessing that his wife and two children were rescued; but sadly news came yesterday that James Kim, who had gone out on his own to look for help for his family, had perished in the cold.C|Net offers a tribute and video retrospective.
