SFG Time Killers

I am actually still at work, despite the ridiculously late hour. And, fighting off boredom if not delirium, I’ve found needed diversion in the many quizzes found at In Flash.com.
They are quite entertaining, although the spelling is sometimes atrocious. Not to mention the fact that question 14 of the Star Wars quiz is wrong as are questions 3 (debatable) and 4 of “Name That Movie Star”

That’s pretty cool. Was it a lot of work?

Thanks for the link. I corrected the Star Wars quiz. However, the other 2 you pointed out were already correct. I did shorten the movie quote to “Get busy living, or get busy dying” which without a doubt is in the movie in question. (The quote I had originally was “I had two choices, get busy living or get busy dying.”)

    Thanks.

    Hi Matt.

Thanks for the response. My complaints were about the “Name the Movie Star” quiz, not the “Name That Movie Quote” one. And coincidentally, both complaints deal with Sean Connery.

Like I said, number three is debatable (Alec Baldwin is the lead, but most would consider Connery the star). But number four is most certainly wrong. Roger Moore did not star in Diamonds Are Forever (1971). It was Connery. Moore took over the role with the next movie, Live & Let Die (1973).

There’s a couple of wrong questions on that Star Wars quiz! Question 6 (How many movies have Jabba) says that answer is 4, but it’s only 3 (ANH, ROTJ, and TPM). And Question 8 is also wrong (How many movies have Boba Fett). Fett appears in ANH, TESB, ROTJ and AOTC. (Both these answers assume that we’re talking Special Editions, but that’s the only way the Quiz’s answer to Question 6 could work.)

Yes, I have too much time on my hands!

aah, right, now that I see the quiz in question, I was confusing Diamonds Are Forever with The Spy Who Loved Me.

As for the Baldwin question… hmm…

And thanks for the Stars Wars heads up, too, Jaquandor.
