Diet Blog: Day One

    Well, my diet plan began today.
    I will be following the popular South Beach diet for the next two weeks. They say I can lose fifteen pounds just in that short time. I won’t know for sure, of course, since I did not weigh myself at the outset. That’s because I’ve frankly been afraid to weigh myself for over two years. [Cf. my un-updated weight page.]
    I was hurting earlier this afternoon, between meals, when I recorded this video entry. My dinner, since then, was quite filling; but I’m posting this anyway, since it gave me a chance to try out my newly purchased iSight webcam…
