Diet Blog: Day Fifteen

    Today I started Phase Two of the Southpaw diet. I’m now able to incorporate grains and fruit in my menu. And this morning started off with a bowl of oatmeal. Oh glorious joy, a bowl of oatmeal, he blogged sarcastically. In consolation, I had a nice weigh-in this morning (pre-breakfast). My current weight is now 228 pounds (actually a little bit less), which means I lost over ten pounds in Phase One.
