Not Quite So Dumb

Thank God. Despite what this headline [PDF] might say, it looks like Americans are not quite so retarded as first believed. The fact the worst President in American history was re-elected Tuesday might now not be due to some kind of national dementia but because of good old voter fraud. Check out this diagram outlining the relationship of exit polls to the vote count. And notice the disparity in swing states compared to the similarities in other states. Note too how that disparity also correlates to states that relied on easily-manipulatable e-voting machines. Yes, the bastards did it again. They stole another election. Not only in Florida but this time in Ohio too — and no one seems to be talking about it. This makes sites like Black Box Voting.org more important than ever to keep an eye on this rise of the machines.   [1:42 AM]
Update: I stand corrected. Ironically, it is not Diebold touch-screen machines that are at fault. The weak link of the chain is a state’s central computer, where all results are tabulated. Common Dreams.org has an excellent article explaining the problem, which can be boiled down to one chilling sentence: “That central tabulator computer is a Windows-based PC.”
