The Motor City Music Conference (or MC2) is underway in (of all places) Detroit, for the next five nights. 600 acts playing in over 50 venues, from national acts to local bands. These local bands are being highlighted by conference sponsor the Detroit Free Press in a free compilation CD, which the newspaper has made available for free download.
