’Tis the Sausage

It’s said no one should know how sausages are made. Well, too bad! One of my favorite Christmas traditions is traveling to my Uncle Jack and Aunt Clare’s house where we make the Italian sausage we have on Christmas breakfast. I’m not sure how to spell the name — salameats? salametes? — but here’s my video on how to make them…

    Thank you very much.

I really do need make it to the meetups — especially since it”s close to where I work.

  3. I know they can be made from either, but if it’s just a normal sausage, which is it likely to be? If someone just said “sausage”, would you think it was beef or pork?
